Abstract

Según el Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) 2023/24, América Latina es la región con la mayor tasa de actividad emprendedora del mundo, con un 31%.

Esta investigación buscará demostrar el impacto de la filosofía Lean como herramienta esencial para los emprendedores, mejorando la competitividad ajustándose rápidamente a las demandas del mercado y las necesidades de los clientes, además de promover un crecimiento sostenible.

La filosofía Lean se ha extendido al emprendimiento como herramienta para mejorar la

chain and continuous improvement, applied through methodologies such as Lean Start and Customer Development focused on market resilience and customer needs.

Competitive intelligence benefits from the Lean philosophy by promoting adaptability and encouraging continuous feedback, which can be seen in cases such as Airbnb and locally Eco Trofeos.
