A ENGENHARIA DE PRODUÇÃO NA ERA DA NANOTECNOLOGIA: UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA DE LITERATURA

O enfoque da nanotecnologia na engenharia é extremamente benéfico tanto para a indústria como para a academia. Dentro deste contexto este artigo apresenta uma revisão sistemática de literatura sumarizando os principais estudos publicados sobre a nanotecnologia e voltados à engenharia de produção. Para isso, através de uma revisão sistemática de literatura foram levantados artigos publicados durante o período de 2020 a 2023, em relação ao tema utilizando a base de dados científica Sciencedirect. Realizou-se a identificação dos estudos por tipo de contribuição, por tipo de documento publicado, número de publicações por ano, por área do conhecimento, e contribuições mais relevantes selecionadas para comporem o portfólio final. A principal contribuição desta revisão sistemática é apresentar conceitos fundamentais da contribuição da nanotecnologia para a engenharia de produção, ao abordar aspectos socioeconômicos, de sustentabilidade ambiental, de desenvolvimento de produto entre outras aplicações industriais. Ao todo, foram levantados 208 artigos e apenas os 40 mais relevantes foram selecionados para compor o portfólio final desta pesquisa. O portfólio bibliográfico final apresenta conceitos essenciais sobre como a nanotecnologia influencia o desenvolvimento de estudos no âmbito da engenharia de produção contribuindo, portanto para seu desenvolvimento tecnológico e científico.
