Las necesidades insatisfechas estimulan la creación de ideas de productos para satisfacerlas, pero esta no es la única variable determinante de que un producto funcione en el mercado. El éxito de todo emprendimiento depende de la combinación de: en primera instancia, la aceptación de los consumidores, es decir su opinión positiva sobre el producto y que quieran pagar por este, y en segunda instancia, una eficiente administración de las variables del contexto de nuestro negocio.
Los startups son el modelo de negocio en auge debido a que aseguran altas ganancias con mínimas inversiones iniciales, apoyándose en las tecnologías. Toda inversión siempre tiene un riesgo, es por eso que en este artículo, les brindaremos herramientas para analizar las variables críticas y los actores que intervienen para minimizar el riesgo, y aumentar las probabilidades de éxito del emprendimiento y cómo podemos modificar las variables, con el fin de no invertir dinero en un negocio que no tienen futuro.
