Abstract

Actualmente las pequeñas y medianas empresas se enfrentan a una serie de problemas, ya sean organizacionales, funcionales, financieros, etc. Por lo tanto, resulta muy importante reducir los riesgos que se corren al afrontar la realización de proyectos en las mismas,  ya que no existen demasiados márgenes para obtener pérdidas ya sea de imagen y prestigio en el mercado como así también desde el punto de vista financiero. El objetivo del presente trabajo es implementar y/o mejorar el sistema de gestión de la calidad, en una empresa gráfica dedicada básicamente a la fabricación de envases de cartulina, tomando como referencia los estándares establecidos para la gestión de proyectos existentes en la bibliografía especializada. Para alcanzar dicho objetivo se analiza la información de procedimientos y la experiencia ofrecida por los expertos de la empresa. Luego, como resultado de este análisis, se proponen herramientas y formatos que permiten establecer una metodología para la implementación de la gestión de la calidad estandarizada en la empresa bajo estudio.
