DECISÃO EM GRUPO NO AHP COM DOIS TIPOS DE AGREGAÇÃO E ANÁLISE DE SENSIBILIDADE

A utilização do Método de Análise Hierárquica (AHP) como metodologia de apoio à decisão é altamente difundida nas indústrias, serviços e organizações como também na literatura acadêmica. Entretanto, o uso correto da metodologia e suas implicações devem ser muito bem estruturados para evitar vieses. No caso de envolvimento de múltiplos especialistas, a utilização de metodologias para agregação de julgamentos ou de agregação de prioridades dos especialistas deve ser bem fundamentada e sempre seguida de análise de sensibilidade. Na aplicação do AHP, assim como em todo e qualquer processo decisório é muito importante essa análise, pois pode vir a apontar a segurança ou insegurança nos resultados, ou até mesmo, a necessidade de discussão e, alteração dos critérios utilizados no modelo. O objetivo desse artigo é demonstrar que o uso correto do modelo de agregação assim como da análise de sensibilidade são fundamentais no processo decisório. Dessa forma são apresentados uma revisão de decisão em grupo, conceitos teóricos do AHP, de agregação de julgamentos e de agregação de prioridades, de análise de sensibilidade, um exemplo de aplicação do AHP usando os dois métodos de agregação e, a análise de sensibilidade através do método exploratório com os respectivos resultados e conclusões.
