CONHECIMENTO DOS ALUNOS DE MEDICINA DO 6° ANO SOBRE DOENÇAS MUSCULOESQUELÉTICAS
Resumo
Objetivos: Avaliar a realidade do ensino e do conhecimento médico sobre as disciplinas musculoesqueléticas do estudante que cursa o último ano de medicina de uma universidade federal no Brasil. Métodos: Estudo quantitativo observacional do tipo transversal, realizado no período de maio a agosto de 2015, utilizando o teste Freedman e Bernstein traduzido e adaptado para a língua portuguesa. Resultados: Foram avaliados 100 alunos, sendo 62% do sexo feminino e 38% do sexo masculino, dos quais 72% foram considerados reprovados no teste aplicado (não obtiveram acertos superiores a 73,1%). Conclusão: Dois terços dos alunos de medicina que estão prestes a se formar em uma grande universidade brasileira e ingressar no mercado de trabalho não estão preparados para o diagnóstico e atendimento de doenças musculoesqueléticas.
